The COSMIC Measurement Manual v4.02. The Measurement Manual is the principal standard description of the COSMIC method for practical use.
The ISO/IEC 19761 standard contains only the fundamental normative definitions and rules of the method. The purpose of the Measurement Manual is to provide these rules and definitions, and also to provide further explanation and many more examples in order to help measurers to fully understand how to apply the method.
